Fall of 2023, we spent 4 nights in a family room at the Hotel am Mirabellplatz. The suite-like room had a full-size bed, a twin and a pullout couch. The hotel was very convenient to local transit and was across the street from Mirabell Palace and Garden.

I was in Salzburg the last week of April 2025 and I stayed in the Gasthaus im Priesterseminar Salzburg and it was wonderful. All the rooms are furnished just like a hotel room ensuite bathroom, free Wi-Fi, excellent, excellent location. The breakfast is fabulous and plentiful, they have a communal kitchen a laundromat, vending machine. My room I think had at least 20 ft ceilings and the only difference between my room and a regular hotel room was the crucifix over the bed. Highly, highly recommend. Just FYI there is a communal Lounge and there is no TV in the room.
