We will be in Salzburg October 4-11. Will it be worth it to get a card or will places have shut down for the season?

We did this one October, everything was open except for river cruise. Sorta cold for the "trick fountains" and needed our jackets for the mountain lift (great view of Alps !) I understand that the card is now sold at a lower price when the cruise isn't operating. Add up the costs of sites you want to visit to see if the card is a good deal for you.
