How to I get from old town to the Untersberg tram using my raileurope card?

Sorry, but we don't know what a raileurope card is. If you are referring to a Eurail Pass, it is not valid for local transportation. If you are referring to the Salzburg Card you have purchased, just get on the bus and show the driver, or the ticket inspector if asked.
