Salzburg and Innsbruck area hiking trails open?

I will be in Salzburg for two days and Innsbruck for two days later this week. Are hiking trails open right now or are they snowed/iced over?

For Salzburg, I want to do one or two of the following -- Gosauseen, Berchtesgaden, Zell am See and Top of Salzburg, or Schafberg

For Innsbruck, one or two of the following -- Krimml Waterfall, Olpererhütte, Eibsee

Also, I have no car, so I will rely on public transportation to get to and from these places.
