Ride-share apps for Vienna

I've used Uber in Vienna with no issues. I think Lyft is there also, but haven't used it in Austria. Public transit is also very easy to navigate.

I strongly recommend using public transport in Vienna. It is easy to use, everywhere available, safe even during night hours.

The city works actively to reduce car traffic, slow it down, make routes complicated by crazy patterns of one way streets.

Lyft does not exist in Vienna. People here (except American tourists) do not use Uber because the public transportation is so good. You can get to places faster on public transportation than with a car. Locals will just call a taxi if they really need a ride.
