Sorry I can't recommend any, but found this on the net. Maybe you can look through the individual places. The focus here is on 24 Dec and 31 Jan and has catagories from Hotels to Imbss.

The "Old Fox" is not fancy (moderate priced) but traditional Austrian (so we were told):

We loved the Old Fox -- but in 2014 it closed after lunch on Christmas Eve. Hand-written sign said it would be open for dinner on Christmas Day. Very traditional Austrian. Many restaurants have a big lunch (I recall something like a sausage soup) and close at 2.
