Hello all: It's been a long time since I have traveled to Vienna for leisure in the summer. This year, I will spend 3 nights there in the final week of August. Will independent, outside-the-inner ring restaurants still be closed? I notice that eateries and cafes in Germany close in July or August, where as in Spain and Italy they close mostly in August. Thanks.
