My family of 4 is going from Innsbruck to Wengen on Saturday Aug 28. I see a special ticket price of 162.50 Euro for the four of us and I've been trying to purchase on the Oebb.at website. I get to the point where I can add the 4 tickets to our basket and document the four names of passengers and then it says the Offer is no Longer Available and I can't go any further. I've seen this price for the past 3 days for this route (9:44 departure). I have left an email at their contact page, but haven't heard back. I don't want to miss on this special price. Is there anything anyone can suggest that maybe I'm doing incorrectly? Thanks

Maybe there are not 4 tix available at that price, only 1 or 2. Generally those deals are for a limited number of seats and they do sell out.

My experience in emailing a question to OeBB is that they eventually respond, but usually it takes them a few days.
