Does she speak English? The website is not in English so it’s hard to know what her tours are like.

Hi, last time I went there were free tours (I think they are called red umbrella tours or smth) we were satisfied. At the end you can give some money to the tour guide, but nothing is mandatory! If you can't find it, I can maybe search for the link

Certainly. You need not to stick to one of her predefined tours should you want to put more emphasis on a special topic.

I really like the Rick Steves audio guide Vienna City Walk. It was just perfect, and let me pause it and stop when I wanted to pop into a place and shop.
