Hi
Is there a way to print OBB ticket AND have ticket on App? It seems it's only one or the other. I just like the idea of having a backup.

I printed out my tickets from the email sent to me and I also had access to them on the app.

The tickets I purchased via the OBB app are only in the app. I did receive an email receipt that says this:
Please remember: You have to be able to show your Mobile Tickets
during your journey. To do so, please remember to have ready:
1. Your smartphone iPhone14,4
2. With your ÖBB AppDo you prefer other ways to get your tickets? Open the ÖBB App on your
smartphone and select the type of ticket you want to use on your
journey.

You can select in the app a conversion to a pdf-formatted ticket. You should do this as late as possible, because after that a cancellation of the ticket is not possible anymore.
You will get then an email containing a link for downloading and printing the ticket. But the pdf is available on the mobile phone as well.
The conductor only wants to scan the QR code of the ticket. It does not matter how it is presented: on paper, within the app, or showing the pdf on the smart phone.
