Playground Tour + Alps

Hello! My family is planning on travelling to Austria in September. We are really interested in staying in areas that are close to mountain playgrounds as we recently finished up a 3 week trip from Switzerland and the playgrounds near Grindelwald did not disappoint! So we are hoping for similar vibes.
We are thinking about a 2 week trip, would prefer public transport, and no big deal if we need to change locations however the main criteria is amazing playgrounds. Kids will be 3 and 4 at time of travel. Thank you!

Google "Spielplätze" (playgrounds) + the city / town you are looking for. I know of a set of furnished apartments in Vienna just around the corner from a good playground (Palais Brambilla). No views but it was a good place to stay with small children, around the corner from a Billa (supermaket chain) and down the street from a BIPA (Drogerie chain), with metro across the road.

Hope you find what you are after, I would probably look for places with views first and places with playgrounds second.

Maybe a little young yet for these...

WIDIs Heimat Spielplatz Hochoetz. Don't bother with the Ötzi-Dorf. Old expensive and not much to see. I like the Kühtaile Alm too.

Spielplatz Hartkaiser Ellmau

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis This whole region is geared towards families.

I'll just add this for fun. Getting there with public transportation would be challenging and it's out in the middle of nowhere. Heidi Alm

Sorry to add more but as I remember. Above Mieders just south of Innsbruck in the Stubaital Serles Wasser and Sommerrodelbahn

I would Google the term "bergspielplatz österreich," which translates to mountain playground Austria. You then get many ideas, obviously in German, but you can easily translate to English.

As a personal recommendation, we thought the playground in Seefeld at the top of the mountain was great.
