Our rental car company sent us a notification that I have a speeding ticket from a recent trip in Austria near Innsbruck.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can pay this? Western Union? We can pay the rental car company "processing fee" via credit card but not sure how to pay the actual ticket.

Until you get the ticket itself there may not be a way to pay it.
The rental car company shall pay the speeding ticket and charge your credit card. That is the easiest way. Talk to the rental car company accordingly.
You should receive an actual ticket eventually. We paid one in local currency , another one in USD.
We got the ticket forwarded to us trough the Rental Car company. In the letter/Ticket there was a link to pay the fine. We paid it via CC. Lots of options.
Sorry to chuckle a little, but Innsbruck is full of and surrounded by "Blitzer" speed cameras. Got to follow the 30 and 50 kph speed limits. My last ticket this summer was with a radar gun near Krimml coming down the Old Gerlos street. 65 in a 50 zone. 20 euro direct to the Polizei there. I keep the ticket as a souvenir.
