Hello. I want to take advantage of some low spring fares to Austria. We’d like to spend some time outside, in the mountains, but are worried that even in the lower elevations, trails would be a mess. We’re looking at the Salzkammergut area in late april or early May — we don’t need to summit any grand peaks — just some nice hikes / walks. I also know there are huge variables to weather so we’re just looking for rough guidelines. Any thoughts? Thx!!
