From Innsbruck, what are the options to see both Nordkette and ride the Hungerburg funicular together? Is Hafelekarspitze the peak in Nordkette? Should we buy tickets in advance?

They are together.
The entire Nordkettenbahn trip is 3 parts.
Innsbruck to Hungerburg by funicular.
Hungerburg to the Seegrube Station by cable car.
Seegrube to Hafelekar by cable car.

Never buy cable car trip tickets in advance. Weather changes and if overcast, raining, the trip is pointless.
