Does anyone have any experiences to share on using the night jet overnight train https://www.nightjet.com/en/#/home
We are contemplating a Florence - Vienna booking in May.

Of all the times using Night Jet, no problems or any sort of negative experiences minus that one occasion in May of 2017 when the train to Vienna on that night was 75 minutes late pulling into Hamburg Hbf. where I was waiting, due to some technical reasons. That night route leaves from Hamburg-Harburg ending in Wien Hbf.
That particular experience was a mere fluke.
I don't have any experience with the route Florence to Vienna, can't help there.
