Need help from someone that speaks German or lives in Austria

We have Nightjet train tickets booked for December 16. Per OBB, I need to call to purchase a dog ticket for 29€? But the recorded menu is in German.

Can someone tell me what the recording says and how to access a person? The ticket references extension 23 for questions. I’ve tried #23, 23#, 0, and German recording keeps replaying.

Other alternative is see if someone can buy a ticket and email or mail to us in Italy and we’d reimburse you of course. PM me if you might volunteer your assistance.

I’ve also emailed asking if ticket can be purchased on train, but the original email says call or buy at OBB ticket counter in Austria.

The message doesn’t give a menu. You are just on hold waiting for the next available agent.

The page referenced by Sam comes up in English and is quite clear.

Perfect, problem solved! Thanks!

Excited for my first visit to Salzburg since 1983 and my husband's first. Both Vienna and Budapest are first visits for the three of us. With this trip Barley will have visited 11 countries!

Barley’s quite the traveler! He’d have a lot of stamps in his Paws-port.
