Mozart dinner and concert recommendation in Salzburg

We will be taking Rick's Germany/Switzerland/Austria tour late Aug-Mid Sept. We are looking to attend a Mozart dinner/concert while in Salzburg.
In our research, there has been good reviews and bad reviews of the various venues that offer a Mozart dinner/concert.

We would appreciate a recommendation

I think there are two basic options.

One is at St Peter's. It consists of dinner while Mozart is played. It includes instrumental music plus arias and duets. Performers are in time-period costumes. I'm not a time-period costume kind of guy, so this does not really appeal to me. But there was a lady from Munich at our Gästehaus who absolutely LOVED it. I've seen others on this forum mention liking it, too. https://www.mozart-dinner-concert-salzburg.com/

More appealing to me (and attended by me) is the Mozart dinner/concert at the fortress. It consists of dinner followed by a concert in a really nice performance room in the fortress. In the summer, dinner is on the panorama terrace (which is as impressive as it sounds) of the fortress for those with "VIP" tickets. Great location. Decent (though perhaps not exceptional) food. Excellent, excellent musicians performing only instrumental music. I would heartily recommend it -- the concert by itself would be fine, too. https://www.salzburghighlights.at/en/mozart-dinner-concert-salzburg/dinner-best-of-mozart-fortress-concert-25/

I didn’t do the Mozart concert/dinner on the tour but wish I did. Everyone who went loved it. I was a little leery of being sucked into a tourist trap thing and being a prisoner at a cheesy dinner. (Based on another tour experience that wasn’t RS) That was my reason for not going and I was wrong. Go and have fun.

This is what the tour itinerary says: "Your guide will give you a run-down of local concerts you could enjoy this evening." It wasn't part of the tour, but our guide took a show of hands of who wanted to go to the dinner/concert at St Peter's, mentioned above, and she arranged for tickets. We enjoyed it. Some people went to a concert at the Schloss Mirabell on their own and enjoyed that as well.

I attended the one at St Peter's as part of one of the 2019 GAS tours and really enjoyed it. So glad that I went! Also glad that our guide had bought the group tickets in advance and we were able to jump ahead of the line. Although the people in the line were giving us a dirty looks, but whatever. And the band had a bit of a sense of humor, too. At one point when they were coming back from a break, they played The Imperial March from Star wars, which was hilarious. If you don't like classical music, you may not want to go. We also sat fairly close together, but it was before covid.
