Mozart concert and dinner at St. Peter Stiftskeller (Peterskeller)

Has anyone ever eaten at Peterskeller , Stiftskeller St. Peter and or seen the dinner concert? I do not attend dinner concerts in the U.S.. They are usually awful and so is the dinner. Therefore, I am leary about eating dinner here and attending the concert. The restaurant looks awesome , but the food is the most important. Thanks!

I actually enjoyed the dinner and the concert there. The performers were really good, and really seemed to be enjoying themselves, which always makes a performance even better to me. I thought the food was good. For the dinner concert, there were not menu choices, but I liked what they served. I wouldn't say the food was so special that you should go for the food, but the overall experience was one I enjoyed.

I attended that concert last spring and, as a self-proclaimed food snob, I loved the meal. The concert was also very good. I highly recommend it!

I did the concert with the pre-selected menu and I enjoyed both. There were large tables and I was seated other parties. We chatted, ate and enjoyed the concert. I can't remember if there were smaller tables. I thought it was a lovely evening.

There were a limited number of tables for two at the front. The newly weds or newlybwed- like couple had those tables. We were seated at a larger table that we shared with others. Strangely enough, we were seated to a couple from the States that had the table next to us the previous night at their Old Fox. Can't get away from the Americans but we had an enjoyable evening.

Food was good, entertainment great even for someone who doesn't subscribe to the opera back home.

I've done dinner and concert there twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. I wouldn't say the food was excellent, but it was good. The atmosphere and concert made the experience. The concert consists of 2 to 3 singers singing classical music in a very entertaining way. It's not a typical dinner concert. The musicians are excellent.

I attended this dinner and Opera in Early September. The food was good. The singing and music were great. I have never heard opera sung before but the two that were singing were excellent. The musicians were really having a good time as well. I am glad I attended.
