Luggage lockers at Ehrwald train station?

We are travelling by train from Innsbruck to Reutte on June 16th and I thought that if the weather was good we might ascend Zugspitze on the way. I know there are luggage lockers at Garmisch-Partenkirchen to leave our luggage in if we ascend from the German side. However, I would prefer to ascend from the Austrian side ( takes less time, cheaper, less crowded) via Ehrwald which our train passes through anyway. I have searched the Internet but have been unable to find out if there are lockers we could leave our luggage in at the Ehrwald train station. Hopefully someone has been there and can help me out. Thank you in advance.

I can't find anything about lockers at the station in Ehrwald (Austrian Rail doesn't consider it an important station), but you should also realize that the Seilbahn Talstaton in Ehrwald is 2 miles from the Bahnhof. Make sure there will be a bus between the two when you want to get to the mountain. The trip up the cable car from Ehrwald might take less time, but you have to get to the base. At Garmisch-Partenkirchen, there is a direct train between the Bahnhof and the Talstation.

This should be the list of Austrian train stations with luggage lockers:

Ehrwald is a tiny unmanned station, not on the list, so it is unlikely to have lockers. You may want to check with the local tourist board to be sure, but I would not expect to find them. I seem to remember that Garmisch station (in German territory, so not included in the Austrian list) has lockers.

According to the BEG website, there are lockers in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, against the station building opposite Gleis 1.

This website will show you the bus schedule between the Bahnhof and the cable car. Put in "EHRWALD" and "Ehrwald Zugspitzbahn Talstation".
