I highly recommend Gerhard Strassgschwandtner. He's the founder of the Third Man Museum in Vienna. I did a Cold War Vienna tour with him that was excellent. He's friendly and outgoing... and RS-recommended, too, in the Vienna guidebook. Here is a link to his website.
