Does the Klosterneuburg Abbey wine cellar tour have an elevator? Or did you climb 200 steps down and up?

Sorry, they did not think of an elevator when building the cellar more than 300 years ago. :-)

I have a physically challenged person with me. Sometimes elevators are retrofit in older buildings.

Not that old buildings, and not buildings which are a historical landmark under conservatory protection, i.e., any change - even a new paint - needs a federal permit.
