Is this 1 day itinerary doable?

Been trying to edit down plans for our 1 day in Vienna in early September. Does this look too optimistic, or doable?
9a - 10:15a: Upper Belvedere for "Klimt: In-Sight" exhibit + "Picture This" [timed entry tix]
10:15a - 10:30a: walk to Lower Belvedere
10:30a - 11:15a: Lower Belvedere for "Klimt: Pigment & Pixel" exhibit [timed entry tix]
11:15a - 11:45a: walk through Karlsplatz for building exteriors
11:45a - 12:30p: Secession Beethoven frieze
12:30p - 1p: walk by Museums/Gate/Heldenplatz to a cafe (Central or Landtmann)
1p - 2p: Cafe [will make a reservation]
2p - 3p: walk through Am Hof, Peterskirche, Graben
3p - 4p: St. Stephan's & Tower

Thx in advance

There is an old joke about Vienna:
If you are afraid that the end of the world is imminent, then move to Vienna, because everything here happens 10 years later.
The slow and relaxed pace is typical for the vibe in this city. Your itinerary is contrary, but doable, though.

I always wonder what is the point about itineraries like this? The good news is Vienna is very compact. You should aim for doing half of that.
