Dorotheum is Vienna main action house and has two shops in Innsbruck, at Marie Theresien Strasse and at the intermediate floor of Sillpark shopping mall. They sell their own line of jewels, from the simple to the elaborate ones and I am fairly sure you can find what you need. They also sell (under the sign "Einzelstücke") old jewels from their pawn shops, you can often find early 20th century designs that are very original. But what makes the places (there are one or more in each Austrian regional capitals) unique are the used jewellery sections.
