Hi... for my upcoming trip I have planned to leave Innsbruck after breakfast, drive/Spend time along the Grossglockner Road. after that we are headed for Vienna. I know that is a lot of driving in one day, so looking for a recommendation of where to stop have dinner and stay that night. I've looked at Spittal An der Drau... Is this a reasonable stopping point?

The pittoresque town of Spittal is certainly worth considering a stop. Personally, I'd prefer to extend my stay on the Großglockner as much as possible and stay in on of the villages on the south ramp of the Großglockner road, say Heiligenblut or, more quiet, Großkirchheim or Döllach. You will loose ca. 40 min driving time compared to an overnight stay in Spittal but you will spend your evening in a nicer an more relaxing environment.
