I'm looking for an inexpensive place to eat in Innsbruck, later in the evening (like 7pm+), near the old town or train station. Any suggestions? The RS book only has 1 that's open after 7pm. Any type of food. We're not picky, but have our splurge meal already planned for a different day.

I like to go to the Das Altstadt-Schmankerl when in Innsbruck. 15 minute walk from the Bahnhof. They have daily specials and a warm kitchen until 21:00. https://www.altstadtschmankerl.at/
I had one of my nicest schnitzels and potato salads ever at Steiglbraeu on Landhausplatz.
Most restaurants have a menu with prices displayed outside.
Be sure to get an ice cream!
You didn't say when you were planning to have this meal, but if it's not too late, we had great meals in two spots: Akropolis (Greek. One of the best Greek restaurants we ever ate at) and Woosabi (asian fusion?). Both downtown.
