We will be staying in vienna for 2 nights in early june and are looking at the Innere Stadt area.
Looking for mid range hotel options.
Hard to narrow down with so many choices.
Just thought if anyone could give a personal experience with a stay in this area.

My wife and I stayed at the City Pension last fall and would happily return. No frills, but clean and comfortable and a great location.

Innere Stadt means inner city. There's a lot of Innere Stadt's in Austria.

I guess the OP refers to the 1st city borough of Vienna which is called "Innere Stadt".

Also pretty sure they mean the First District of Vienna, especially as they mention Vienna in the first sentence of their post.
