We are thinking of staying at this hotel or another centrally located hotel. Could others comment who have stayed here recently or who know about the hotel? We are looking at the more expensive rooms with a kitchenette and that are on the “courtyard side”.
We are hoping to stay in a quiet room. We also hope to stay in a hotel where there is not going to be construction happening right nearby.
Any thoughts on this hotel or another centrally located, with quiet hotel rooms?

I have stayed at the Pensione Suzanne near the Opera House several times and have recommended it to friends. We all loved it. But, I cannot comment on construction because that comes and goes more often than I do.
Take a look at this place . I have stayed here eight times ( always two week stays ) over the years . One block from Praterstern Transit hub ( U1 , U2 , S Bahn and numerous trams and buses ) under ten minutes to the center of the city . Incredibly clean , well managed , and quiet as a cemetery ( Take a room facing the back courtyard ) Very high rating on Tripadvisor , but book direct . We've stayed there in a courtyard room. It wasn't a "wow" for me, but the price and location were both great. The room was stuffy, so we had the large window open much of the time.
