Hiking- Zillertal & Mayrhofen

Hello!
I am planning a solo trip in mid-June to Zillertal/ Mayrhofen (5 days) and feeling quite overwhelmed by the information available on the web. I am shortlisting hiking trails and since I am not an expert hiker, I am looking for easy hikes esp. doable with a mix of cable cars. I am jotting down a few questions as below:
1. Should I buy the Zillertal Activcard which doesnt seem super great since only one ascent/ descent per day is allowed. Is it possible to ascend a lift and come down from a different one? Last year I did South Tyrol (Dolomites) and the cards covered unlimited rides on lifts in that area.
2. What are a few 'unmissable' hikes in ZIllertal area? I plan to spend most of my 5 days in lights hikes, at least 1 hike per day. I will be staying near Zell Am Ziller. One day I want to keep for Hintertux.
3. I have read a bit about the Penken Panorama trail and was wondering if I do the paragliding on top of Penkenbahn and descend onto Ahorn (which is mentioned on StockAir website), how will I do this hike if I am descending on a different mountain?
The information overload is causing fatigue to plan, which I otherwise love doing. This time, it seems like nothing is getting clear even after researching :(
Thanks in advance!

I like hiking along the Schlegeis Stausee reservoir. You can take the lift in Hainzenberg (Gerlostein) and walk to the Almtribüne. Both places have nice places for a drink and lunch. You can get more challenging hikes here too if you want. I have seen a lot of tandem Paragliding takeoffs near the Penkenbahen Penken Panorahmarestaurant.
