Was wondering how accommodating Austria is in terms of someone needing ramps or elevators instead of stairs, access to wheelchairs, taller toilets, etc.?

Where exactly in Austria? Vienna, or other locations? Vienna is very accessible as are other large cities in Austria. In villages and more rural areas, this will be more difficult.
