Munich is a large industrial city in flat land, what most people consider "scenic" is not it's forte. And since you're going to have to leave for the airport 2-3 hours prior to your flight your morning choices will be somewhat limited. I like to walk the victual markt and the residence gardens in the mornings, usually with coffee and pastries.
I guess it depends on what you mean by scenic beauty places. Munich isn't surrounded by mountains so it's not scenic in that sense. But I like the old center around the Marienplatz and the Viktualien markt, it may not be scenic but it has its own beauty. And if the weather is nice, a stroll through the Englischer Garten or the botanical garden is always nice. There are churches for a quick visit if you like religious architecture. You can always find something if you look for it.
There is a really pretty palace not too far from the Munich Airport with Gardens. Might just be the ticket you are looking for.
