I would like to go by night train with my Daughter. I can not seem to find any trains to accomplish this Any Ideas

There is an EuroNight train departing at 19:30 most days from Wien Meidling to Firenze SMN station and you can buy tickets starting three months in advance of travel. That is great advice. One more item. When booking the overnight train, there is a 3 person compartment. Can my Daughter and Me (male) book the 3 person with 2 people and then would we share with another female? There is a box to check for Ladies and Gents.
