We have one family member with health issues who is first & foremost gluten intolerant but also vegan. The rest of us can/will eat anything. Any restaurant recommendations for Salzburg, Hallstatt, and Vienna? We’re actually in Munich for one more day so welcome recommendations there too!

All I can think of is a top Italian place with a good main salad with oil and vinegar (without meat, cheese etc.). Antipasti might be an option too. My Frau is a salad eater and there is a big difference between mediocre and great. Rucola salad is a thing here. Bitter and not too much my thing, but the Frau loves it. You can get various potato and cabbage dishes in German restaurants; the problem is most are cooked in or include animal fat.
