We are flying from Salzburg to London early Dec 26. There are 6 of us. Does anyone have suggestions on transportation to the airport?

We were in Salzburg last December 26 -- taxis were available. We used one to get to the train station for a trip to Innsbruck. Very little traffic that day.

The airport is just 2 miles SW of the center of the city. You could get 2 taxi's or a shuttle bus to haul you to the airport. Or, ask your B&B hosts what's their suggestion. They may can make 2 trips and run your group over there.

I'd suggest using pre-arranged Taxis as that will probably be the easiest and quickest method. With six people and luggage, you may need at least two vehicles, unless the Taxi firm can provide a mini-van. You may find it helpful to browse this website....
