There are a lot of castles in Germany. I don't know what you mean by a "cwhite castle". Here is a list of castles in Bavaria: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_castles_in_Bavaria
which is the German Land adjoining Austria. As you can see there are a lot, and you haven't given us much of a clue to go on.
Innsbruck is some distance from the German border, so that does not help much.
One of the most visited castles near the Austrian border is Neuschwanstein, but it is a "fake", built in the 19th century. Photo here: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f8/Schloss_Neuschwanstein_2013.jpg

Could you clarify your term of "cwhite"? Anywhere in south Germany is reachable from Innsbruck, so a bit of further information would help to narrow it down.

Ken, don't you think "cwhite" was a typo.? Or was that sarcasm so subtle I missed it?

Hohenaschau is a white castle, and it's in Germany, but it's 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Innsbruck.
