We will be traveling by train from Salzburg to Innsbruck, and it will travel through Germany. Will we have to have a PCR or Rapid antigen test to do so—when we are just passing through—regardless of vaccination status?

same answer as on your other thread.
The bit through Germany is to go around mountains and doesn't count as being in Germany because the train never stops or calls in Germany. It is in what is called a "corridor".
In other words it is like flying over a country without landing... if that helps.
