We will be in Central Vienna on Christmas Eve, is there a website or recommendations for a restaurant that is open in the evening that we can book. Thank you.

Get any tourist list of restaurants (or Yelp, or Quandoo or Open Table) and start googling and writing emails.
And I suspect before the day is out you will get several suggestions, but you will need to check them to make sure their policy hasnt changed.

Get two apps. Open Table, and The Fork. Start looking, right now, for places with reservations for 24 or 25 DEC. Remember 26 DEC is a national holiday also, so plan accordingly. You're going to find a lot of places don't have time slots left. I made my reservations two weeks ago.
A lot of places will only have a fixed menu over those days, so you need to look at that also.
One thing you should also check out; see if your hotel can recommend a place. Or if their restaurant is open. A lot of the higher end lodging places will have open hours.

Both December 25th and 26th are national holidays in Austria, i.e. all shops closed as well as many restaurants.
