Food/Culinary Tours in Vienna?

We will be in Vienna for a few days in April and would appreciate any recommendations on food or culinary tours. I would specifically enjoy baking and most especially…the incomparable strudel….I'm aware of the strudel demonstration at the Cafe Residenz… Thanks in advance.

Here is a link to an apfelstudel course I found online offered by one of the best restaurants in Vienna (Wrenkh). It is mostly likely offered in German, but contact them and see:

You might also want to check out this German link with a list of several places offering cooking courses (use Google translate), some of which look like English is an option (Gerstner, for example).

Babette's, with a couple of locations in Vienna, offers cooking classes but in German. Perhaps you could contact them about something personalized:

Prosi Supermarket also has cooking classes, but typically Indian, African and other Asian cuisines. They do offer Austrian on their list, however, so it might be worth contacting them to see if the Austrian teacher is available. As you will notice on the website, Prosi is owned by English speakers:
