I'm arriving Salzburg by train tomorrow evening and would like to pick up some food for
"dinner in" at my B&B. I will be tired and hungry and would love it if there was a coop near the station. Anybody know?

The Salzburg train station has an actual supermarket, open long hours, called Spar. If you have Rick's Austria book, you'll find it mentioned on pages 266 & 325.

Laura, Have the book (in Seattle), but didn't focus on those pages as I didn't learn that my room had a kitchen until today! So thanks a bunch for the Spar rec. Worked out great. Betty
