I'll be spending 5 nights in Alpbach the first week of September and am looking for hiking recommendations. I've been pouring over the hikes on the tourist website and there are so many great ones to choose from! Any suggestions for hikes I cannot miss?

If I have the right Alpbach then check out the Achensee. From the Rofanbahn top to the Dalfaz Alm is a nice and great views of the lake and Pertisau. The hike to/from Pertisau to the Gaisalm along the lake is nice too, and you can take the boat there or back.

You do have the right Alpbach. For this trip, I'm planning to stay mostly in the valley around Alpbach but everything I've heard about Achensee is great so it's definitely on my list for future travels!
