I have read many reviews on TripAdvisor, and although mostly positive, they become very mixed in a hurry, and frankly, not as numerous as other properties.
To weed-out the negative outliers, I check to see how many reviews the person has posted on TA….just a check on how experienced a traveler they are…so many have no, or limited frame of reference to compare a hotel too.
Negative reviews seem to focus on bad A/C (a pet peeve of mine in the warmer season), small rooms (to be expected), and rooms that need a little updating.
