Can I use the Einfach-Raus-ticket for a trip from Prague to Vienna on OBB?

No, the Einfach-Raus-Ticket is for local trains within Austria (no border crossing).
The best choice for going from Prague to Vienna is the "Sparschiene" bargain ticket.

You said, "Can I". Note that the Einfach-Raus-Ticket can only be used for 2-5 people, not for a single person.

Thanks for the clarification! There are four of us traveling together--so it's a good deal for the segments in Austria.

In around 2009, I had a plan to land in Munich and go to some place near the Danube (Landshut, Geggendorf) for the first night, then use a Savings Fare ticket to go to Vienna. After Vienna I was going to work my way back to Germany using Einfach-Raus-Tickets. Ops. I was traveling alone. Can't use an Einfach Raus ticket for one person. Full fare regional tickets for short hops for one person coming back from Vienna would have been more than the Einfach-Raus-Ticket for five. So I didn't go to Vienna.
