We will be in Vienna over the Easter holiday and would like to attend services on Easter Sunday. How early would we need to arrive at a church to get seats? Any recommendations on a good service to attend? Thank you in advance for your help.

Here is the Easter Schedule for St. Stephen's Cathedral (Catholic). Since there's a mass listed at 9:00 and a bigger one at 10:15, I don't think you have to be there before 10:00, unless someone says that the 9:00 mass is in a different chapel.

The Augustinerkirche is known for excellent quality music for their high mass. Come early to get a good seat.
