Does the Pocket Munich & Salzburg guide include Hallstatt?

To see what's in a particular guidebook, go to the Shop Online section of this website, then to Guidebooks. For each guidebook, look at "What's Included" and, particularly, "Is This The Right Book For Me?" In that part, you'll see the guidebooks compared; for instance, it will tell you the differences between the Vienna, Salzburg & Tirol book and the Pocket Vienna book.

Following my own advice, it seems the Pocket Munich & Salzburg does not cover Hallstatt, while Vienna Salzburg & Tirol does. However, the latter book does not cover Munich itself. So, depending on where you going, you may want both books.

Also note that the Pocket guides are not updated as often as the full guides. For instance, Pocket Munich & Salzburg is from August 2015, and the next one isn't due until 2018 (information found in the "Product Details" section of each book's page).

Thank you Harold, I did check those out and didn't see Hallstatt mentioned, hence the question. Thank you for the quick reply and tip on frequency of updates.

The latest version does not include Hallstatt. It is included in the Vienna, Salzburg and the Tirol.
