The 1st Vienna Water Duct just celebrated its 150th birthday. The 2nd is 30 years younger.
Both lines are gravity driven, i.e. the water flows downwards from the mountains to Vienna without any pumps. It is collected in water reservoirs located on top of hills from where it is supplied to buildings by hydrostatic pressure, i.e. again without pumps. (Some skyscrapers need pumping, though.)

The hotel in which I stay has a dedicated tap in the breakfast room for " Vienna Water ". Delightful !
