Dialing within Austria on my iPhone

I will be in Austria May 27-June 10 and I have added the International service from AT&T. I asked AT&T if, when in Austria, I should dial from my iPhone as if I were in Austria or in the US; they told me to dial as if in Austria. In the "Dialing" section of the new edition of RS's "Vienna, Salzburg, and the Tyrol", however, the instructions are to use the International rules for dialing within Austria with my US number. I am confused. What should I do? The concierge has given me this number: +43 664 5119910

When I arrive in Salzburg, what should I dial?

Thanks

Thanks Ray. That will be very convenient. I will probably make 10-15 short calls while I'm there for 2 weeks. What I love most about having a smart phone is turning it on to find out where I'm going on foot, whether I'm turning in the correct (or the opposite) direction at a pivotal street corner.

using the "+" plus country code (including "+1" for North America) means you don't have to think about it at all either at home or abroad. Put all your numbers in that format in your Contacts and job done.

Nigel, that's a great suggestion and I'll take it! I'm the type, driving from place to place, who thinks, where am I? I don't need the country code, but do I need the city code, or are the suburbs included in the city code? etc. Some of us can just worry a thought to death!

Nigel, here are a few telephone numbers RS provides for accommodations. I don't see the pattern too well. I was wondering how you would convert these to the + pattern you suggested:

01/534-050
01/890-5128
01/533-8156
+43 664 5119910
