day trips from Hall in Tirol

Planning to stay in a few weeks in Hall of Tirol. Looking for possible day trips besides Innsbruck. Does anyone have any suggestions for a reasonable but good restaurants in either of these towns?

I thought about venturing off to a couple towns near by via train........ Seefeld, Rattenberg, Garnusch-Partenkirchen or Mittenwald ,Germany. Does anyone have thoughts ? more like browsing the towns and seeing sites opposed to hiking ( at least at this time). We are in our 70's and in good health. we are visiting for a few days.

The place with the most art and sights is Innsbruck. After that: Mittenwald has a nice ambience, Seefeld and Garmisch are more modern, Rattemberg is nice but very tiny (basically, a single alley). You could consider Achensee (but only in summer). A favourite of mine is the tram trip up from Innsbruck to Igls (the tram ride is the nicest thing).

Rattenberg is a beautiful medieval town, worth visiting. By the way, it is Austria's smallest municipality, having an area of just about 250 acres.

Make sure to visit the traditional glassblowing crafts.
