Colletts in Austria?

Has anyone used the services of Colletts in Austria? Good or bad? We are thinking of staying at their place in Zugspitz Arena for a week of hiking. After that, perhaps a week in Vienna. Other places instead? We are flying in and out of Munich.

Frankly, I have never heard about Colletts, but I am not an avid hiker. I associate the Zugspitz Arena with skiing and winter hiking. At what time of the year you will be travelling? For summer hiking Seefeld in Tirol is most well known (200+ hiking trails).

Perhaps a week in Vienna? For sure, I would say.

Our original plan was to stay at Collett's in Alta Badia (a friend stayed there and highly recommended it). The issue is that our travel window is the last week of May 2019 due to our son's job, and they are not open at this time. It 's probably due to the Dolomite's being a higher altitude.
