Any suggestions in seeing made and/or sampling Cheese
and Chocolates in Austria. Or just cheese being made.
We will be traveling from Constance Germany down to
Innsbruck area and then up the Schliersee, Germany below
Munich. We will also be down in Salzburg, Werfen, and
Zee Am See areas.

Supermarkets like Julius Meinl in Austria will have a lovely cheese selection. When you go to Switzerland, that will be the easier place to find both cheese-making and chocolate-making. The Chocolate train excursion leaves from Montreux, Switzerland, if you'll get over that way. In Gimmelwald, Erika and other farmers sell their own cheese and produce; see the self-guided walk in the Gimmelwald chapter of Rick's guidebook.
Unfortunately, Laura, the poster will be nowhere near Vienna where Meinl is located.
Check this website. It's about the Kaesestrasse (cheese road). All in German, but use google translate or call them.
Unfortunately the Chocolate Train in Montreux and Gimmelwald are a pretty good hike, too. It would be way out of the way for Salzburg, even pretty far from Konstanz.
