I am traveling by train from Vienna to Venice by night in June 20th, can I reserve full couchette of 6 for my family of 5? I would like to have the full couchette for my family of 5, and pay for the extra bed, that way no stranger would be in our couchette. Is it possible? I was trying to make the reservation for 6 but it asks for passenger names and since the sixth passenger is fictitious I was not able to do it.

No one carries about the names. Buy six tickets and it is yours. All the conductors wants to see is six paid fares.
You can reserve a family compartment. Infos on the Nightjet Website. If you reserve just 6 bunks there is no guarantee that all of them will be in the same compartment.
I recently bought 4 tickets on the nightjet. Put the 4 names in, when it came to the ticket types I just clicked on 'other ticket options' and it gave me the option of a 6 berth couchette (at a supplement)
The Family compartment offer is a flat rate if your kids are under
15. Otherwise, OBB suggests that it's easier to book for your ghost friend by phone or in person, though I'd also try the tactics already mentioned.
