Buying tickets for bus to Berchtesgaden?

Same here. I doubt that they sell tickets in the Hbf.

When I rode the bus in 2012, the one-way ticket was 4,50€. exactly half the price of an RVO Tagesticket (now 9,80€), which gives you round trip travel on the bus to Berchtesgaden plus unlimited use of almost all the buses in Berchtesgaden (except the special buses from Obersalzberg up to the Eagles Nest).

I bought an RVO Tagesticket (than about 9€) from a bus driver in Bad Töltz.. I don't think you will find the ticket in automats in the train stations. In 2009, when I was just going from Salzburg to Berchtesgaden, I bought a one-way ticket from the driver for 4,50€.

Thanks all - We ended up buying all of our bus tickets on the trip from the drivers as we never saw a way to buy them in the station.
